Great overnight stay

It was in a great location on the Nantes Brest canal where option are very limited. The man who greeted us was very welcoming and efficient throughout our stay . The mobile home was clean warm quiet and comfortable

A welcome stop where options were limited

Nice welcome at reception. It was a mobile home at the end of the season and the evening was damp and cold. We arrived wet and tired from our cycling trip. Lovely crisp, clean sheets. Also there was a heater in the living room which worked. The shower was powerful and lots of warm water. Towels were provided. There is an excellent restaurant called Le Relais St Clair, only 5 mins walk. Maybe a bit pricey but the standard was a cut above the average.

I would have liked if the shop at reception had sold small portions of essentials like tea, coffee, fruit etc. as we were on bicycles we were limited in what we could carry.

A relaxing week helped by the perfect host.

To be honest the accommodation was as expected but what really made the experience wonderful was our host; for whom nothing was too much trouble. Secondly very much appreciated the focus on village produced products (OK beers and ciders) in the mini-shop and the local market arranged weekly. Very much part of their community. Oh, also the 'no party' rule was great for us & our sleep.

Nothing not to like, but be aware this is a Gite in a small village in Brittany, if your ideal is to relax into a rural life for the time of your stay this is for you. Don't come expecting to party!

Convenient but wouldn’t use again

Close to the velo route.

Thin mattress on the bed and basic chalet. We have stayed in very comfortable hotels locally with all linen and toiletries for similar/less money.

Le bungalow est petit Le salon est vraiment inconfortable Il y a très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine La salle de bain est trop petite

lieu propice à la détente

Le cadre très reposant ou se situe le camping, avec cette verdure, les oiseaux et le canal de Nantes à Brest nous a bien apaisé. Ce lieu de plénitude est parfaitement idéal à la relaxation et la lecture.
