The place is absolutely spotless!!! Very clean.
Well equipped kitchen, bathroom again very clean.
The host lives in the same house so it is easy to communicate. Parking - great bonus! Parking is on the site, it is private and secure. The gate is locked overnight but don't worry you will get the key.
The apartment is a good size, all newly renovated, and bright.
The property is located 6-7 minutes walk from the beach and local bars and restaurants. There was live music during our stay.
We would definitely recommend it to friends and family and stay again!!!
Also we would recommend a trip to Riserva Naturale Cavagrande del Cassibile ( Grande Avola) only 25 minutes drive from the apartment. Absolutely gorgeous canyon with natural swimming pools.

Good location.
New bathroom
Room only had beds and a table with 2 chair. No kettle no cups, no cutlery and a sharing fridge in the hallway.
Communication was 0.
Lady couldn’t speak English or any other language apart of Italian. She tried to by helpful during the stay but I think it was too intrusive. Been told off for leaving air conditioning on during the day 😂
