The couch was not comfortable. The couch was broken and would not lay back so you can sit comfortable. I contacted host immediately on Monday afternoon. They said they would get maintenance personal to look at the couch and may replace it. I contacted them for 3 days and no one came bye to look at the couch. I was on contact with host and kept getting the same story to be patience. I brought the outside furniture in the house to sit on that was dirty to sit on so me and my wife could be somewhat comfortable. I seen the mainatance people running around the facility but never stopped bye, Vince, This is unacceptable and you need to be held accountable for issues like this. There were numerous crickets in the room we stayed in. We killed 13 crickets that were in the facility. In the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room. A fresh coat of paint does not make up for issues like this.
