Ladang lodge

We loved the lodges beautiful location surrounded by tall trees and lovely garden. The property was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, perfect for our weekend stay. I should also mention the property’s owners were communicative and accommodating.

Nothing

- Felicia was very friendly, helpful and responsive - The location was ideal for a wedding reception we were going to in nearby Burley Manor - The space was pristine, spacious and light - Good value for money - Enjoyed the 'egg' chairs! - It has a huge driveway so plenty of space for parking several cars - A pint of milk and a bottle of water had been thoughtfully provided

- The score is lower because the property does not have a kitchen which we were not expecting! We had brought sausages, bacon and eggs to do for breakfast the next day but had nowhere to cook them - There is a kettle, toaster and microwave with mugs and cutlery etc and a fridge so there is something and we were only staying for one night but it might be important to know there is no kitchen if you're planning on staying for longer - The apartment is attached to the main house so unfortunately it was quite noisy at times with the children and dogs next door. This wasn't all the time and generally it was ok but it was quite early Sunday morning after a very late night - The single beds may need an upgrade - the frame of the one I slept in (nearest the far wall) felt very loose

Clean smart and great space

Na

The decor was nice , the communal area had a lovely view of garden , everything inside was perfectly clean , the host helped us find the entrance and get in , answered our WhatsApp when we had a question about the tv , great location to get to peppa pig world and of course new forest , also plenty of outdoor space with garden and pretty

Was not clear until after we had booked that bathroom only accessible through one of the bedrooms, it was fine for one night but probably not too suitable for 4 adults , and best suited to a family with children in the second bedroom. The play area and toys looked good on photos but quite wet and full of leaves and cobwebs etc could have done with a clean off for guests It’s a section of a main house building with its own entrance so there is some noise from the house , no problem for us but good to know
