Spacious, good kitchen facilities and clean
Pillows too soft, limited supplies (i.e no refill for toilet paper, kitchen towels), staircases down to the apartment

This was our favorite stay of our Swiss Vacation. Host provided a free taxi voucher for a ride from the train station which was great! There was also one for a departure ride, but we chose to walk. The apartment itself is super clean and modern, great balcony view of the valley. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to be able to cook food in the kitchen. The location was great and just a short hike to the gondolas or to town. Management was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!
