The property was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, especially for an airport stay. It’s super close to the airport, but surprisingly the planes were not very loud. The neighborhood felt safe, clean, and very walkable, with good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Everything in the house worked well overall, and it was perfect for a short overnight stay before an early flight. I would definitely stay here again for airport access and convenience.
The main issue was that the jacuzzi was not working. If a property advertises a jacuzzi, guests expect it to function properly. I also could not find hot water in the shower — only warm water. In Cartagena’s climate it wasn’t a huge problem, but having reliable hot water would definitely improve the stay.

Its a great location to the airport and the staff are very friendly, the couple that live downstairs and help look after the property are very lovely and helpful. The rooms have air conditioning that is much needed due to the heat and humidity.
Many things are falling apart and it was very dirty when we arrived and the cleaner was still cleaning until 8pm. Even after that the jacuzzi was full of dust and hair, and didn’t work, the kitchen was filled with rubbish still and I found pubic hairs in the beds from previous renters.
