Tolle Lage, direkt zentral im Luisenviertel!
Sehr hellhörig, beim Duschen lief das Wasser leider auf den Boden, die Couch hat es hinter sich 😉

Die Lage ist super, wenn man mitten im Geschehen sein möchte :-)
Die Wohnung ist schon etwas runtergekommen (Raufaser Tapete geht an einigen Stellen ab, Sofa ist sehr durchgesessen, Flecken auf dem Teppich, Teppich im Schlafzimmer kaputt, Schimmel im Bad, Staub im Bad), alles sehr einfach eingerichtet, wenig Ausstattung (Küche mit nur drei (verschiedenen) Gläsern usw) Sieht auf den Bildern deutlich hochwertiger aus.
