Švarus, tvarkingas loftas, kuriame viskas, ko reikia, trumpam apsistojimui. Labai malonus savininkas.

Loftas nepritaikytas šeimai su vaikais. Ne dėl to, kad pats loftas mažutis ir turi stačius laiptus į palėpę, bet dėl kaimynų, nepakenčiančių vaikų trepsėjimo (ne triukšmo). Loftas gražiai renovuotas, bet pats namas labai senas, iš kaimynų smelkias įsisenėjęs rūkalų kvapas.
