Bell appartamento curato con parcheggio nel cortile condominiale.

Sarebbe stata gradita almeno una bottiglia di acqua liscia e una frizzante. Il check-in un po troppo elaborioso.

Estacionamento com vaga demarcada, bem à frente da acomodação. Apartamento amplo, claro e arejado. Cama boa. Localização próxima do Centro Histórico.

Do banho! A torneira de agua fria não funciona e a de agua quente está dura. O anfitrião foi irônico quando questionei, dizendo para eu encaixar a tampinha, que “era fácil”…realmente é fácil encaixar, mas continua não funcionando. Para acertar a temperatura só usando o boiler. E ainda tomar cuidado para não transbordar o box.A papeleira também está quebrada. O apartamento precisa de manutenção. O check in é extremamente minucioso e chato, mas é fácil.

Posizione super. Pulizia corretta e l'appartamento è funzionale e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e sereno. Il parcheggio è la vera chicca dell'alloggio. Aria condizionata che è assolutamente necessaria nella stagione primavera/estiva. Wifi funzionante e comunicazione / assistenza host.

The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable but the host was VERY complicated and the check in process is extremely tedious.

The checking in process is extremely overwhelming and the host provided very little help. I called the host a few times and never picked up the phone and just said she couldn't take calls even though I was staying at her property and had important questions about the location and check in. She made me take a selfie with my passport right next to my face and said if I didn't send it she couldn't give me access to even the parking information (she already had my passport info). Then asked for another selfie of me holding the guestbook of the apartment and said it was mandatory. I have never done that for a BNB before and found it extremely weird and unprofessional. Never picked up the phone when I call when trying to find the correct location and replied saying she doesn't take calls. The area is not the best to stay, anywhere outside smells, I would recommend another area. The inside of the apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable but the experience with the host and he outside area was not worth the stay.
