Spacious property with toilets and showers for each room, quiet location but easy access to local towns and not too far to drive to bigger towns or beaches. Stunning views from all angles. The pool was lovely with a shallow section that was perfect for our daughter to paddle in. The outdoor seating and eating area were well thought out, with curtains which helped keep the sun off in the morning and the BBQ in the shade, we didn't eat inside once! The swings for the kids in the shade are a great addition. Air con throughout made the rooms a comfortable temperature and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Towels provided for showers and pool area were great, and a cot and high chair were provided for our daughter free of charge.

Bins could be labelled to help sort recycling easier. Only one set of keys and gate buzzer can make logistics more tricky if splitting in to smaller group outings.

Wunderschön gestaltetes, großzügiges und gut geschnittenes Haus! Sehr viele liebevolle Details. Alles super sauber. Sehr bequeme Betten. Toller Pool und schöner Ausblick über Inca. Wichtig und im Januar notwendig: eine effektive Heizung. Sehr persönliche, serviceorientierte Betreuung durch Verónica vor, während und nach dem Urlaub. Sehr aufmerksam: eine Flasche Wein, Wasser und Snacks als Willkommensgruss, nochmals lieben Dank!

Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Leichte Anlaufthemen zum Start der Saison / im Winterbetrieb. Die nah verlaufende Straße hört man schon deutlich, straffes Preisniveau.

Dieses Haus ist einfach überragend! Die drei Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die gesamte Einrichtung ist erstklassig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Betreuung durch den Besitzer, der uns nicht nur die Geschichte des Hauses nähergebracht hat, sondern auch wertvolle Tipps zu Restaurants in Palma gab. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!
