The location is great and the room was very cozy, kitchen had everything we needed. All kinds of shops right on the street with really anything you would want.
The bathroom is very, very small... as in, the toilet is a bit jammed into the sink, and the sink is also tiny and the little cabinet on top is not very helpful... the shower is good.

Excellent wifi, very well equipped kitchen, ground floor in a charming courtyard but very safe, location in the heart of lower Montmartre, with metro 2 minutes away, good hot water shower, everything I could want was provided. I visited during a cold spell in winter and the apartment was perfectly heated. The rental was near perfect and I would highly recommend, and stay there myself again.
The pillows were lumpy (although some people like that) but the one thing that would be easy to improve are the curtains in the living room. They are thin and white, and when the light is on, someone walking by can easily see into the apartment. Putting in solid, darker curtains would instantly solve that problem.
