Zona muito calma. A piscina era ótima e o apartamento era grande e bem equipado - cozinha, máquinas de lavar e ar condicionado. A televisão estava avariada e vieram logo no dia seguinte trocar por uma nova.
O apartamento estava limpo, mas as varandas e terraços não foram limpos antes da nossa chegada.

Nice place, clean and an amazing rooftop with barbecue.
Although it's not host's fault, the bird nests in access building stairways left those stairs extremely dirty. There was even a dead bird in the stairs. All the days we stood there there was no condominium cleaning.

Good location, parking, friendly staff and the price was cheaper than other apartments at that time.
No shower gel and hand gel provided for staying for 6 days...internet was dropping, the doors in the bathroom will not close, the shower door was broken. After informing the owner from day one of our stay, it was not fixed until we left..
