It's an old building not renovated. They kept it as clean as possible. Don't expect anything great at this price point. It was value for money. The site with lot of trees, lawn and open seating with park chairs, large car parking space was the main attraction. The staff (Siva) was helpful and available throughout.
Siva was new to work and the location itself. He didn't have any idea about the place or where to get what. That's not a showstopper. We explored it ourselves.

Place is very peaceful, its a budget stay, very basic. If you what peace, away from crowd and want some me time. This is the place. Its close to all tourist attraction. For the price you pay it is perfect. If you are looking for luxury pls look elsewhere.
I personally felt for my requirement and the price point,its perfect. Got superb parking for my bike, very peaceful, rustic place.
