Boho Apartments

Frumoasa

The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and you have a lovely view of the Black Sea from every window. The shower was great - hot water worked well and the water pressure was very good. There is a washing machine which is very convenient. It is also a 3 minute walk to the beach where there are restaurants to choose from so the location is really nice.

1. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Therefore, if you have heavy bags or an elderly person in your family, the apartment may not be appropriate for you. The stairwell also has a musty smell, which is not very welcoming. 2. The WiFi was not working for the entire time we were there. In fact, the router was dead! It did not even turn on. We arrived on a Friday and let the owners know that there was no internet, but no serious attempt was made to rectify the issue. Altex was open on Saturday and Sunday, so the owners could have picked up a new router, but they didn't. This was very inconvenient and extremely disappointing! They said they didn't live in the area so it was difficult to address and fix the issue. Like I said, EXTREMELY disappointing! 3. All of the bedrooms face east and the curtains in the bedroom are sheer and/or thin so you are forced to wake up at 5AM every day. This was very annoying as no one wants to wake up at 5am while on a holiday! The owner said she's aware of it but didn't have the time to deal with it yet. Hopefully, that issue will be addressed sooner rather than later because it's quite easy to install heavier curtains or blackout curtains.
