The Hideout Villa Pokhara

Our stay at The Hideout Villa was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in Anadu, It’s worlds away from the Lakeside bustle, offering total tranquility with nothing but birdsong and the gentle sounds of Fewa Lake. The architecture is stunning—low-impact and "nesting" perfectly into the steep hillside wrapped in lush, vibrant gardens that make the whole place feel like a private oasis. We loved the freedom here. There’s no corkage fee, so we brought our own drinks and no hidden fees of any sorts, they tell you everything upfront. The new Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUPs) were a highlight, and the staff was wonderful, ensuring we were safe and ready before we hit the water. Dining is just as flexible. The team helped us set up a private BBQ in the villa with meat we brought, though you can also use the kitchen or order in from restaurants nearby. While the location is secluded, the logistics are fair: local help is often complimentary, while boat trips to Lakeside for errands carry a reasonable service charge. With incredible views and a genuine home-away-from-home feel, I can’t recommend it enough!

Aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft, die die Bilder sogar übertrifft. Das war für uns der beste Aufenthalt auf unseren bisherigen Reisen. Wir konnten super entspannen. Man kann selbst kochen oder im Typical Restaurant nebenan bestellen, das einem das Essen sogar in die Villa bringt. Die Unterkunft besticht durch Liebe zum Detail. Es war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

The location of the hideout is absolutely sensational. Such a beautiful, peaceful view and access to Pokara is easy with the host, providing gentle boat rides ..we throughly enjoyed our stay.
