Very well resourced and equipped kitchen, bathrooms modern. Very clean. Efficient air conditioning -especially heating for winter let.

I visited the property twice with a 10 day gap. The bedding - insufficient (for winter) -had to search for extra - found a stained blanket, à single and a thin double duvet(on second visit)- but neither had covers. Spoke to owner on first visit - that the blanket needed washing and that more bedding was needed, on second visit 10 days later, there was no blanket and little improvement on bedding, with only sheets and a very thin, small bedcover on one bed. The suggestion was keep the heating on - but it is only in one bedroom and the living room, not in two bedrooms off the living room - so had to leave the bedroom doors open and not use the living room in the evening once the children were in bed. The owner was very responsive- providing a plug in heater but I would not leave this on in a room with young children, overnight. The access to the flat in the evening on the first visit was appalling- I said in advance that I would not have internet access in the street but it was ignored. It was only through the kindness of a restaurant that I got WiFi and managed to get the details for access to the flat. The phone number given was not answered and the wrong address was given on booking.com According to the website you can check in from 15.00 and I spoke with the owner and we agreed that time for the second visit. When confirming a day before arriving - I was told not till 17.00. When I went there at that time - a woman was just finishing cleaning but hadn’t made up one bed - as ‘the sheets weren’t dry’, the owner said -because of the weather! Firstly they need to invest in better and more bedding. Checking out time is 11am at the latest, plenty of time to prepare for reletting but the woman cleaning doesn’t finish her other job till 13.00. The washing line outside was dirty and with all the dust from building work close by, it would not be good to dry washing outside. Work at the property- I booked the property in August and money was paid.

The property was directly toy on the sea front.

All the rubbish on the kitchen balcony. The door to main bathroom did not close properly. Sheets on bed had black hair and bed linen very old and used; not very nice Bathroom shower and basin does not allow water out properly and lads up floating the bathroom.

Nothing mentioned when I booked 3 months earlier. Patio door was covered with chipboard. Drilling work directly on patio from 8-5.30. Extremely noisy and dusty- luckily I left the next day.
