The location is excellent, there is a parking space in front of the apartment, the bed is comfortable, check-in is easy. The host was nice and responsive to the messages.
We arrived late in the night, after 7 hours of driving, only to find out we don’t have any hot water, or the soap to wash our hands. They left us 2 used rolls of toilet paper, which barely lasted until the next morning. I understand it’s low season in Pula, but things like this are unacceptable.
