Cozy Pool Villa near SM Pampanga and Sky Ranch Pampanga

Clean and inviting

A little bit expensive for a place that is limited with basic supplies like towel, bodywash & shampoo.

The property has a nice concept and the private pool could have made the stay enjoyable. The location was also convenient for us.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. Communication with the staff was very poor. Replies sometimes took almost a day, and the person we spoke with over the phone seemed impatient, impolite, and at times rude. During our stay, there was no internet connection at all. We reported the problem, but nobody came to fix it or contacted us properly during our entire stay. Several facilities also appeared old or poorly maintained. The air-conditioning, shower, and toilet were not working properly. The swimming pool had many insects in it and the chlorine seemed excessively strong. There were also many frogs and insects around the outside area, and we encountered cockroaches and lizards. We understand that some insects may be expected around a property with a pool, but the combination of poor maintenance, lack of internet, and very limited staff support made our stay uncomfortable. We hope the management improves the cleanliness, maintenance, communication, and customer service for future guests.
