It was not the first time and not the last time I stayed in this condo. The location, the building, the pool and the connected shopping mall made my stay comfortable. The condo has a brand new A/C, which is very important detail in Manila.

The proximity to a shopping mall is helpful.
The charge for an access card. This should be factored into the room charge as it is illogical to have to pay an additional fee for entry to a facility that has been paid rental!

Their room was nice big and clean was very comfortable

Facilities, access requirements and expense of same, bathroom unclean, smell on arrival, Tv didn't work because of cabilnd problems, no local service to enable problems to be resolved quickly, unsafe cooking facilities, furniture in need of repair, small room for 4 people etc
