Reingefallen!!
Das Ersatz- Apartement, entsprach einer glatten 8 !!
Das zugewiesene Apartment sowie das Hineingelangen war schlicht eine Zumutung. Nichts war so wie vereinbart, ich musste in den finsteren Keller gehen um an einen Ersatzschlüssel zu gelangen- das Licht im ganzen Stiegenhaus funktionierte nicht, auch im Keller nicht- das Apartment war laut, das Bettlaken voller Flecken, schlichtweg eine Frechheit für diese Bewertung und das Ganze dauerte 1 1/2 Stunden. Nach telefonischer Reklamation wurde uns ein anderes Apartment zugewiesen. Dabei war nie jemand vor Ort, solche Quartiere bewegen uns lieber Hotels zu buchen. Ein Monat davor bereisten wir Usbekistan, wo man glauben könnte.......aber der Standard des zuerst zugewiesenen Apartments in Piacenza war mit Abstand das Übelste seit Jahren von Booking.com angebotene Quartier.
