Modern eingerichtetes Apartment in einem charmanten Altbau, das einen gelungenen Mix aus historischem Flair und zeitgemäßem Komfort bietet. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem und sorgte für erholsame Nächte. Trotz der genannten kleinen Mängel würden wir die Wohnung insgesamt weiterempfehlen.
Die Treppe zum Apartment war recht steil, was beim Hinaufgehen etwas Vorsicht erforderte.
Das Schlafsofa war beim Umdrehen recht geräuschvoll, sodass unsere Kinder dadurch nur schwer zur Ruhe kamen.
Die Heizung ließ sich leider nicht optimal regulieren.
Zudem ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig, wodurch wir nachts und früh morgens durch Geräusche gestört wurden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ZTL Zone. Wir mussten weiter weg parken.

La casa è vicina al centro, è stata ristrutturata di recente, pulita e accogliente. Molto bello il soffitto con travi a vista.

Großzügiges Appartement mit guter Ausstattung, zentral in der Altstadt von Pescia gelegen, prima Vorab-Infos und einfacher Check-in bzw. -out, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt per Telefon
Parkplatzsuche in Pescia ist mühsam, auch wenn spät Abends noch Infos dazu kamen.

Posizione ottimale e pulizia impeccabile. Host molto disponibile e discreto, ci ha dato istruzioni chiare su come entrare e come lasciare la casa. L'appartamento era in condizione perfetta. Apprezzato anche il self check-in e self checkout.
Aggiungerei un paio di cuscini extra in caso di necessità.
