Private Rooms at Newarke St

Convenient. Staff are amazing, welcoming, helpful and pleasant.

Room was not clean when I arrived. I had to clean the basin, the toilet and the shower but did not have a hoover to do the floor. A broom in the kitchen would have been really neat so we could sweep the floor.

Obviously the price was great! I couldn't find better. The location was very good, just a short walk and you are right in town, ideal for a night out. Especially coming home from an evenings festivities, in the early hours a few minutes and you are back in your room. The one or two people I saw at reception were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and had more or less what I needed and the shared kitchen was very useful. The whole place was very quiet and peaceful.

I had some trouble with the ID needs, this is more to do with "Booking.com" I don't have a smart phone so I couldn't send the selfie that they wanted, I do have several photo's that I tried to send but their device used to scan wouldn't accept them the photo of my ID wasn't clear enough for it. It was in my view a very unnecessarily, complicated and pointless waste of time as when at reception they can see my ID and my actual face. The staff at reception sorted it out. The only little complaints concerning the room are...There were no towels in the room, I was told they were all in the wash, so I had to borrow one from a relative who lives nearby. The office chair in my room was broken, you couldn't lean back on it, the back would just keep going till you fell off or it broke. I didn't complain but it was annoying. Just a small TV would top it off!

Location and price. The staff on location were great

I had to ask for bin liner for the kitchen and a rubbish bin for my room. The frying pans were aluminum and didn’t work on the induction stove so I had a small sauce pan to cook my dinners. There were scant kitchen items. No wooden spoons or spatulas or sharp knife flippers for general cooking. Only knives forks and spoons. I reported all of these issues to the on site staff and they forwarded to the remote staff. I got the bin liner and rubbish bin for my room but not the others. I had to extend my stay by one day and the remote staff was a bit slow on responding to my request. Once I heard from them it went well. One final thing there was no broom so I could sweep up.

Mooi gelegen in het centrum

Badkamer niet schoon genoeg. Het kan veel beter
