De locatie. Het uitzicht maakte veel goed. Ontzettend mooi om zo over het water uit te kijken . De bedden sliepen goed.

Bij aankomst : slot deur stuk. Meteen gemeld maar niemand bereikbaar. Bed lag onder hondenharen en er lag was in de wasmand van de eigenaren 🫣. De pannen waren zo zwart dat was niet normaal meer. Televisie geen zenders....Weer novasol bericht...telefoonnummer per bericht gekregen maar niet te bereiken..?!?! Dat was nog niet het ergste...maar geen warm water ! Heel de week geen warm water want wederom weer dat telefoonnummer niet bereikbaar. Ook geen WiFi trouwens. Dan is er veiligheid... qua stroom levensgevaarlijk. We zijn eerder vertrokken dan bedoeling was. Zo ontzettend jammer dit vooral met het mooie uitzicht! Bij thuiskomst gelijk gebeld naar nl novasol. Nederlands niet, Engels sprekend wel.... er was niemand aan het werk die Nederlands spreekt. Uiteindelijk met handen en voeten uitgelegd van ons probleem...het zou naar het hoofdkantoor gemaild worden. Vervolgens niks meer gehoord ( behalve de achteraf elektrische nota) . Echt teleurstellend dit, wel betalen maar helpen of ten minste ten woord staan Ho maar. Voor ons nooit geen Novasol meer !

Traumfter Ausblick aufs Meer - leider mangelnde Sauberkeit im Haus

Sehr schöne Lage des Hauses Toller Ausblick auf das Meer Guter Ofen der prima heizt Schöner Aussenbereich

Sehr schlecht sauber gemacht von den Vormietern bzw. offensichtlich mangelhafte Kontrolle durch Novasol. Bad dreckig vorgefunden. Hundehaare / Haarknäule auf den Böden und an Reinigungsutensilien zu finden, Krümel Reste im Sofa , viel Staub , schmutzige Fensterscheiben mit Leckspuren ? von Hunden, Pfanne und Kochtöpfe für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht zu gebrauchen ( zu alt und zu groß) Bei Anreise mussten wir so erstmal selber geputzt , ja und bei Abreise auch . Schade, wir reisen seit 20 Jahren nach Dänemark so haben wir noch keine Unterkunft vorgefunden. Schade auch , denn das Haus an sich und der Ausblick ist sehr schön.
