Location was perfect, everything nearby. Apartment was great, had everything we needed and was very clean.

The city tax wasn't stated before we left, it is €3.50 per person per night and can only be paid as cash. Probably wouldn't have changed me booking it but would have liked to know it in advance to help me budget the trip.

Great location, apartment is visually lovely, clean.

Very poor communication with the owner. Replies were often extremely late or ignored altogether. We received no response to our request for early check-in until after arrival, when we found that the apartment had not yet been cleaned. As a result, we had to leave and spend several hours walking around the city with all our luggage. Toilet paper was forgotten and, despite a promise to bring it immediately, was never delivered or addressed when we followed up. The information provided was also inconsistent. We were given two different checkout times, and we confirmed the time stated in a message we received the day before departure. Despite this, we received a call an hour before the agreed checkout time saying that the cleaner was already waiting outside the door. There was no air conditioning, and the apartment was extremely hot. Because of the noisy location, keeping the windows open at night was not really an option. The mattress and pillows were also of poor quality. Overall, the stay was negatively affected by poor communication, excessive heat, and uncomfortable bedding.
