The spacious common room, good location, very friendly staff

A cigarette smell in the room when first arrived

The house is big and spacious as the pictures suggested. The rooms are clean and tidy. The interior is simple and nice. The apartment is quiet and peaceful. The building management staff were very helpful and responsive.

First, one room had a faulty AC. I stayed in that particular room and sadly I had to sleep on the sofa in the living room all 3 nights because it was hot inside. I can't even get ready inside. I had to escape to the master bedroom. Secondly, the 4th bathroom had no water heater. Thirdly, the 2nd bathroom had a leaking bidet that literally flood the floor and the shower door was broken. Fourth, the master bathroom's tub had a drain problem. The water took the whole day to drain. Management pointed out that the issue was informed to the owner but no actions has been taken and complaints were made even by the previous tenants. The window by the shower could use some blind. Someone can and someone might be watching us shower naked. Lastly, the owner/team failed to make sure all these issues had been taken care of before we check in and only tried to rectify the problem when we already left for our schedules. We postponed and even cancelled some plans to accommodate the technicians to do some repairs to no avail. Team staff didnt know that repair works aren't allowed after working hours after giving us guarantee and cancelling our plans for the evening. The next morning, the technician still came even after i cancelled with the team because we had to leave for our schedule at 9am but we had to accommodate them and had our schedule delayed. We were there for vacation, You can't expect us to wait around and we certainly can't leave the technicians roaming around the house unattended. I was very disappointed with these issues and how the team handled it. To think that we paid so much just for me to sleep on the sofa for 3 nights was simply unfair.
