Overall, a comfortable stay but with several important issues.
We had a comfortable stay. The bedding was cozy and inviting, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the heating kept the place warm and relaxing throughout our visit.
We experienced several issues during the stay. The internet connection was extremely poor — the pay-as-you-go mobile SIM service provided was very unreliable and essentially unusable. The bathroom had visible mould, and there were no basic toiletries such as shampoo or body wash. Additionally, the bathroom sink was loose and wobbly, indicating it had not been properly fixed.

I was there 2 hours before getting the email on how to get in. The place has paint sliding off walls behind heater areas. Was going to use the coffee maker however there was mold in the water holder and none of the utensils were clean. We also encountered three large spiders during our stay. That can happen anywhere though. The liner under the shower door kept falling off, so Water would spray out under the door. The television could get YouTube, but could not watch any movies or anything. Again, though I think the country has to pay more for that service. There was a definite smell when you first came into the place also. Not sure what it is. But it was not pleasant. That lingered the whole time we were there. Either the people downstairs are heavy, smokers or the apartment had been smoked in because that smell never left either.

In need of a deep clean
The apartment was in a perfect location for us for visiting family in south Lanarkshire and Glasgow
Simply decorated but unfortunately the whole apartment is in need of a deep clean.. especially the bathroom and kitchen areas… the stair carpet had not been vacuumed….the second bedroom could do with some hanging space or a few hooks on the door …. The shower temperature was not consistent.. it kept running hot and cold …. There was no other tap running at the time… this probably needs checking for fear of scalding..the toilet seat is not secure
