Beds are clean and fresh, no unpleasant odor (this is very important to our family). Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Porto.

What an exceptional stay in Porto! We stayed 4 nights at this zen place. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly spacious, everything felt fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The facilities were exactly to our liking, offering comfort and quality at every turn.
The service was truly top-notch, with staff who were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to every detail, the kind of care you would normally expect from a five-star hotel, even though this is “only” a four-star property. They were super accommodating and made us feel completely welcome throughout our stay. We loved it here!
We would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back ourselves!

While I give an excellent rating to this property, my only disappointment came up when I was allocated the studio apartment with terrace on -1 level..!! This actually is with courtyard and not terrace. Our expectations were 7th floor but it was basement.
Otherwise, this is THE facility which I recommend.
