About this cottage rental

This cozy and updated lake property has everything you need for a very comfortable stay! PLUS, Lake access fees ranging from $68-$136 per stay are covered by the property owner!Other compliments of owner are linens, towels, firewood, and so much more! From cozy beds, to a bath with a large walk-in shower, laundry area, & an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and all of the conveniences of home. The living room features a vaulted ceiling & wood fireplace. Outside on the patio there is a charcoal or gas grill, and a wood firepit for camp night! Enjoy a relaxing evening in a rocking chair on the porch, or in an oversized arm chair in the sunroom with a view of Lake Mokoma.

Cozy and comfortable is the best way to describe Katonah House. A lovely cottage up on a hill, overlooking the lake. It's very well-appointed, with everything you need. The towels and linens are good quality, and the beds are very comfortable. Access to the lake and the kayaks was perfect! We loved kayaking to the beach. Also, it's a good, safe location for well-trained dogs with a perfect swimming area for them at the boat launch which is only two minutes down the driveway. We have already booked a return stay.
