Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great space for larger groups of people. The open layout and all the light from the windows make for a great atmosphere. The furniture and beds were super comfy. All the games just further add to having a great indoor space to relax after your outdoor adventures.

This house is spacious and nice and has great views. The beds and linens were comfortable. The kitchen was sparsely appointed and has a very small coffee pot. Vacasa is not helpful or responsive to guests except generic automated messages.

This house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for all of us and so many things to keep us entertained. New games, hot tub, and wifi while we weren’t out exploring. It was a great find and I highly recommend it!
