We rented this home with my husbands family, there were 8 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect! The layout was so open and perfect for families and the screened in back porch was a DREAM!! There was also a ton of kids toys and supplies like a pack n play with extra mattress, a baby gate, booster seat with tray and more! The location is great too, very close to a lot!

We needed a quick family get away and this house was the perfect spot. We enjoyed its location close to area beaches and restaurants and while we were only here briefly— it felt like we had really had a vacation . The home was comfortable for a crowd and had space to separate as well. The rooms were comfortable and loved the decor. Thanks Sawyer Serenity for a lovely stay.

I've spent couple of days at this property with my family - 4 adults and 5 children ane we all really enjoyed this house the second we spend the door! Clean , bright and spacious rooms with a lot of day light , bathrooms were very clean and kitchen fully equipped. We found fishing rods , camping chairs, board games , kids played at the backnyard and honestly the kiddos didn't use their phones for hours!
This house is located at the private property so there is no traffic except the neighbors. Not to mention that Warren Dunes State Park is only 7 minutes away as well as farmers market and ice cream shop delicious sweets! Also it's a walking distance from the brewery where you can enjoy a glass of local beer and have amazing meal !
