You will be charmed by this restored building, its spaciousness, its magnificent garden complete with a swimming pool for relaxation, a 5-person jacuzzi, a fitness area, and a fire pit.

The property borders a footpath known as "Les Chemins Creux" (The Hollow Paths), making it ideal for country walks, rest, and relaxation. Enjoy the countryside on the edge of town, just 10 minutes from the TGV train station and 7 minutes from the Le Mans Nord motorway exit.
The six bedrooms overlook a private landscaped courtyard with a large, two-hundred-year-old linden tree.
To enhance the ambiance and evoke the site's historical character, we have preserved some historical elements in the grounds (an antique cart, an apple press, and benches reconstructed using the original beams, etc.).
