The Parque apartment is located in the historic center of Albufeira.500m away from the Praia do Túnel elevator and downtown Albufeira, the proximity of restaurants and bars is ideal for those who value accessibility to the beach and at the same time want to discover the commerce of downtown Albufeira with great restaurants, bars and terraces. in addition to all available services.The quality/price is very balanced in this offer, recommendable.A functional apartment, fully equipped for 5 people, comprising entrance hall, open-plan kitchen with living and dining room where you can enjoy your meals.The living room, with a sofa bed, a table with four chairs and is equipped with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi available in the apartment.The American kitchen is very functional and equipped with the following appliances, induction hobs - vitroceramic, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine that guarantee the quality of your meals.Two bedrooms equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and a complete common bathroom.Another bedroom in an annex, equipped with a single bed, wardrobe and a toilet.The living room consists of a plasma TV and a sofa bed.This area of the city is peaceful and has everything nearby, including access to Túnel beach, which can be accessed by elevator or stairs.The center of Albufeira is increasingly attractive with its terraces, shops and crafts and lots of entertainment.The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.We do not accept bookings from people under 18 years of age. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 will require a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the cost of repairing or replacing it will be deducted from the deposit.

A very comfortable place which would accommodate 2 couples and a single person extremely well. Very clean and spacious with all the facilities required, plus a decent sized secluded outdoor courtyard. We soon got used to the walk up the hill to get to the apartment using the numerous bars and cafes en-route. There is an excellent large restaurant (The Cantina which is favoured by locals) and a very good curry house within 50 metres. Beyond that on the way down the hill there are many bars, restaurants and shops along the walk to the centre of town. Bus stops are very nearby, including sightseeing tours and the local 'train' stops. Despite it's location being close to bars and restaurants it was nice and quiet. Overall very good, and worth a visit. We recommend Sergio's apartment and would definitely stay there again. Thank You Sergio.
