About this chalet rental
Welcome to Harpaille, a family chalet nestled in the heart of the forest, just a few minutes from Saint-Luc, in the beautiful Val d’Anniviers.
Above all, Harpaille is a place to come together.
Away from the bustle of the resorts and surrounded by nature, the chalet offers a true sense of escape while remaining close to the villages and activities of the valley. From the chalet, the views stretch across the Val d’Anniviers and its mountains, with Grimentz, Vissoie, Saint-Jean and Pinsec in the distance.
Summer or winter, this is a place to slow down, enjoy the mountains and create lasting memories with family and friends.
A CHALET FOR UP TO 10 GUESTS
With approximately 200 m² spread over three floors, Harpaille comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
At the heart of the chalet is a spacious and welcoming living area combining the lounge, dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
After a day on the slopes or hiking in the mountains, gather around the wood-burning stove for dinner, a quiet evening together, or simply to enjoy the view and the peaceful surroundings.
The chalet has 5 bedrooms:
* 3 bedrooms with double beds
* 2 bedrooms with two single beds
* 1 small sleeping area for a child
There are three shower rooms, located on different floors of the chalet:
* one on the ground floor
* one on the first floor
* one on the second floor
This layout allows several families or groups of friends to stay comfortably while still enjoying their own space.
DESIGNED WITH FAMILIES IN MIND
Harpaille is, first and foremost, our family home.
The chalet has been designed so that both adults and children can fully enjoy their stay. There is a playroom for children, as well as three high chairs and a travel cot for younger guests.
THE MOUNTAINS ON YOUR DOORSTEP
The large terrace and south-facing balconies are perfect for making the most of the surroundings: breakfast or lunch outside, an evening drink overlooking the mountains, or simply a few hours doing absolutely nothing.
The chalet is surrounded by forest, and wildlife is very much part of the experience. Deer, roe deer and other animals are regularly seen around the chalet.
Summer or winter, Harpaille is an ideal base from which to explore the entire Val d’Anniviers. Hiking and mountain lakes, mountain biking, wildlife watching, skiing and snowshoeing are all within easy reach. The Saint-Luc–Chandolin and Grimentz–Zinal ski areas are easily accessible, as are the valley’s beautiful villages and landscapes.

WINTER ACCESS
In winter, reaching Harpaille means experiencing a true mountain setting. Please make sure your vehicle is well equipped for winter conditions; depending on the weather and snowfall, a 4x4 or snow chains may be useful to reach the chalet comfortably.
A LITTLE SOMETHING TO KNOW
The chalet receives its electricity supply from the nearby hydroelectric system and has a limited electrical capacity.
This has virtually no impact on a normal stay; we simply ask guests to avoid using several high-consumption electrical appliances at the same time.
END OF YOUR STAY
A final cleaning service is available at the end of your stay, allowing you to enjoy Harpaille right up until the last moment.
Pets are not allowed.
THE STORY OF HARPAILLE
Before being a holiday rental, Harpaille is a family home.
After a long search for a place away from the resorts and as close to nature as possible, our family discovered the chalet in 2019.
It previously belonged to a local family who had built it with great care and with the same idea in mind: to create a place where the whole family could come together.
Since then, Harpaille has become our family meeting place, summer and winter alike. A place to gather, spend long evenings together, head out into the mountains, watch the children play outside and create memories as a family.
When we are not there ourselves, we are delighted to share this special place with other families and mountain lovers.

This is a beautifully renovated, generously provisioned and charming chalet, perfect for a large group or multiple families. It has almost all conveniences, is very comfortable and in a glorious location as long as in the winter you can negotiate the long drive in the snow, which the owners warn you will need a 4WD vehicle. It is charmingly furnished with many typically Swiss personal touches. It does not feel like a rental property, but spmeones home
