Evdokia's Samos Home is located in the engde of the village of Koumeika. It is consists of one bedroom- balcony with sea and mountant view exists to the bedroom, a living room with two sofas and flat T.V, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Free Wi Fi is available. Solar panel, washine machine, seats and towels and outside table with chairs are provided. Walking distance to the square of the village from the house in 5' by foot.

There is an open kitchen with dining table, spacious sitting room with two seperated sofas. The bedroom is connected to the balcony where an outdoor equipment. Into the bathroom there is a washing machine for the guests. There is a patio as well to the entrance of the house.

Characteristic element of the village is the green plane tree at the center of the square of Koumeika where you can enjoy your coffee and your drink at little cafe. The architectural construction of the village makes easy to the visitors to navigate its stone-built alleys. The residents are hospitable and the visitor can feel comfortable in the village. Although Koumeika is a little village, can provides the visitor with bakery and minimarket supplies. The most important is the quick access – in 5’ by car- to the clear beaches of Balos and Kaladakia. But, in case you are walker you can access the beach in 15’ via shortcut path.
