Gorgeous property in the perfect location. We walked to everything downtown. The river was perfect and the Elk hung out on the back lawn.

Beautiful spot, right next to the river. The condo was well appointed and had everything we could’ve wanted. Great location for walking around downtown Estes Park. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely 3-night stay in August. This newly renovated 2-story unit is beautifully decorated, and quiet. Perfect for my husband and our adult son. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The only drawbacks are no washer and dryer in the unit, and the immediate area is a big parking lot. But the units backs onto the river, and it’s a short, easy walk to all the restaurants in town. We’d definitely consider staying here again.
