K’s Tee is a nicely appointed home in a convenient location to all activities, but also good for just relaxing. The kitchen and back porch were highlights. It would’ve been nice to have access to the garage for a little more convenience in terms of parking and storing beach chairs and games when not in use. A cypher lock for one of the back doors would also be a useful upgrade. Finally, the property needs an outdoor shower like all of the others nearby. Rent a golf cart from Eastern Shore Custom Carts as there is a parking spot next to the garage with an electrical outlet for the charger.

Our stay at the property was wonderful from the cleanliness to the charming decor, and everything in between. The location is perfect, right by the pool and the beach and an easy golf cart ride to town. The house is outfitted with everything you and the family could want or need, including games and a lovely living room for movie nights. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the near future!
