About this house rental
Charming detached house of 124m2, located in a quiet street in the city center. Enclosed garden for the safety of children, large enough for lunch, sunbathing, bubble up, playing...
Rental possible from Sunday to Sunday, to avoid overcrowded roads on Saturdays.
Your accommodations are "non-smoking" and pet-free to protect sensitive or allergic holidaymakers.
On the first floor:
- Entrance with 3 small steps. A corridor leads to separate toilets, a bathroom with shower and sink, and a large cupboard
- A renovated and well-equipped kitchen, with direct access to the garden and back kitchen: induction hob, oven and microwave, classic filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
- A 1st living room with 2 sofas opens onto a veranda with a beautiful sun exposure. (South-west orientation). The 2nd living room is a large TV room with a large sofa bed for 2 people. The latter can be completely closed to be transformed into a bedroom or can be used as a games room (board games and books available)
- A veranda serving as a dining room with an extendable table to accommodate 6 people at least. High chair for children available.
Upstairs:
- 2 spacious bedrooms, furnished with 2 beds of 90x190cm, single duvets. The beds can all be moved together to become large beds of 180 (large duvet possible, to be specified at the time of booking), one of which has a cot
- 1 smaller, equipped with a 150 x 190cm bed. Double duvet.
- 2 large cupboards in the hallway.
- A completely renovated bathroom: shower, sink and toilet.
- For bbs: cot, changing mat and bathtub are available. It's up to you to bring sheets and linen.
For your well-being
- Bed linen and a bath towel are provided.
- Gas heating
- Free WIFI
- Garden table and chairs, sun loungers in the bungalow, barbecue.
- A closed garage to store your bikes, windsurfers, paddle boards...
- Free parking on the street. Possibility to park in the driveway of the house
- Bike rental nearby.
Likewise, the complete cleaning at the end of the stay is also taken care of. We simply ask our travelers to leave the house in a correct condition
