PRIVATE ENTRY with FREE street parking. Enjoy skyline views while sitting around the fire on your private patio. The landscaped yard is well maintained and includes a water fountain with fish. Our orange cat, Penny likes to say hello.
Located in the center of West Seattle. Walking distance to local boutiques, Sunday year-round farmers market, local coffee shops, and restaurants. Alki Beach is a 5 min drive. Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park are a short water taxi ride or direct bus route.
GETTING AROUND: SODO Station-7 min Drive, King St Station-15 min drive, SeaTac airport is a 23 min. drive.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. So comfortable, spacious and clean. All the amenities and awesome view of Seattle and the mountains! A perfect location to explore the peninsula!

The place was spotless, big, and the hosts supplied every amenity. Amazing views of the city and just a few minutes walk to great restaurants. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there the next time I go visit my kids!
