The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over 3 steps and a 7 sqm terrace directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with TV, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with gas stove (3 burners), oven, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
