About this apartment rental
really good for a couple or couple with 1 or 2 small children
in la muddizza, close to the nature and countryside and to the beach. Surrounded by fields filled with nature. Not streets full of concrete and hotels!
The nearest beachs are 10 by car La Cia Cia & Maragnani, a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes driving. Also very good area to cycle.
You can also drive to Badesi beach,15 minutes by car or to Costa Paradiso beach, 30 minutes by car. These are all fantastic beaches with golden sand, and a beautiful light green sea, very clear, very clean, not polluted and not overrun with tourists, where you've plenty of space to yourself. Maragnani and Costa Paradiso are my favourite beaches.
Apartment built in 2008, all mod cons, air conditioning, washing machine, TV, balconies front and back, parking outside and parking in basement.
On a hill, it always has that cool breeze and has views to the coast 1 km away. On a clear day you can see the island of Corsica.
It is in the village of La Muddizza, on the north coast of Sardinia, about 1.5 hours drive from Alghero Airport.
There are also the larger towns of Valledoria and Castelsardo nearby also. Valledoria is walking distance, had a post office etc.
You have a view of the sea from the front and a view of the hills and countryside from the back. Nearby fields growing crops, goats, horses sometimes.
Location: The apartment is in the village of La Muddizza about 1.5 kms from the larger town of Valledoria, on the north coast of Sardinia.
1.5 hour drive from Alghero airport.
The nearest large town is Valledoria, about 1.5 kms from the apartment.
It's a 2008 apartment on the first floor (not on the ground floor) with balconies front and back. Views to the sea coast from the front balcony and views of the surrounding countryside from the back balcony.
There are shops, church, bar, in the local village of La Muddizza, about a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
There is a also a wonderful fruit and veg shop at the end of the street selling great tasting fruit and veg very cheap and litres of red and white wine for €5 per litre.
There are also 2 winery's walking distance nearby, down the hill behind the church in La Muddizza. Do some wine tasting.
Great Place to get away: In all its a great place to get away and just relax.
Great food, beaches, climate and a nice crowd of people holidaying there.
Very good Agri tourismo nearby to eat out for that special meal. And very good eatery's in area.

We stayed one week in the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, we communicated by Abritel website.The apartment is located in a small and very quiet town from where you can criss-crossing the region.It was clean and the view from the balcony is nice. However, it is a bit small for four people especially to have meals. There is a large table on the first balcony and we had no problem because the weather was nice. It's complicated to cook and have meals inside especially if the bed sofa is unfolded. The dishes are rather in poor condition especially two pans that urgently need replacing.We had a nice stay in this quiet apartment.

We really enjoyed our week in La Muddizza. It's a tiny village a short drive to the sea. The local Maragnani beach is pretty and unspoiled, and lovely to watch the sun set over the sea.
The flat has two balconies with shutters, so you get a lovely breeze. The AC helped too. The flat was clean and had bedding and towels. The host checked that we were ok and was easy to contact.
There is a local supermarket Supercontas, a fruit and veg stall and a cafe just a couple of minutes walk. You do need a car for day trips and to explore the area. Check out Castelsardo, Costa di Paradiso, old city of Alghero and Neptune's Grotto.
We recovered from our busy city and fell in love with the place. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful holiday.

Our family, two parents and an eight year old girl, enjoyed our visit in the apartment. The big balcony, where we could see the ocean, where an extra room for us where we sat in the mornings and in the evenings. Comfortable beds, also the extra bed in the kitchen. Good kitchen for cooking at home. A big refrigurator, and freezer, and washingmachine. On the the little balcony the laundry easily got dried. Aircondition in the whole apartm.
The neighbours were nice and friendly. Quiet inte the night. La Muddizza is a little village, nice and calm, with about 5 minutes by car to the beach.
From the owner of the apartment we got several suggestions of places to visit, as beaches, restaurants, (fantastic food at a special agriturismo near Badesi) etc.
We went from Alghero by car and rented the car for the whole week.
You need a car to stay in La Muddizza.
We really recommend this place.

All in all the apartment is a place, where you can sleep, cook and go to beach. But I was bothered by somethings. It was realy dirty, so we have to clean the flat at the first day of arrival. The furniture were dusty and seems washed-out. The bathroom was very small - but for two persons it was ok (but not for more people). For me the flat was to expensive. Sorry for my bad English.
