The Pineapple Express Hot Tub Volcano 65 Mi Away

My 14yo son and I spent four day vacation here and enjoyed it. The house is well built and tastefully decorated. No A/C, but the large ceiling fans and exhaust shades at the top of the roof keeps inside cool. The kitchen is well eqipped - cast iron stove grids, nonsticking pans and a nice set of pots helped me a lot in meal preparation. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but be prepared to be woken up by wild roosters early in the morning. The back terrace and hot tub are so good to spend evenings there. The beach down Millolii road is surrounded by abandoned cars, it's all lava rock, no facilities but good snorkeling site. If you like a sandy beach, it's 30+ minutes driving to the north. Albert is a great host. A water pump switched off on 9pm Saturday due to prior power outage, and he found a technician to fix it in 15 minutes. Thank you again, and we hope to return some day.
