We had a wonderful stay! Roberto's apartment is very special. It is in a beautiful historic building with a grand staircase and large columns. We loved the high ceilings, the antique furniture, the beautiful bed, the amazing chandeliers, and the unique bathroom. We felt like we were staying in a small Italian palace. The apartment is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! The apartment was clean, quiet and in a great location. Roberto was an incredibly thoughtful host. His kindness and attention to every detail made our stay unforgettable. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

The property is beautifully authentic , with a charming atmosphere. Spacious and bright very quiet, but right in the heart of the old city.

La struttura è situata nella parte storica di Rimini , la descrivo un Diamante con tutti I pregi e comforts , Roberto il gerente è una persona disponibile e ci ha sostenuti a farci sentire a nostro agio

Non ce nulla di negativo che potrei aggiungere anzi mi sentivo a casa Mia e senz altro nella Mia prossima visita a Rimini ci ritorneró

Аутентичная квартира в историческом центре города. До всех мест можно пройти пешком. К пляжу идти далековато, около 25-30 минут. В квартире есть все необходимое. Очень важно, что есть хорошо работающие кондиционеры, что очень важно в жару. Они тихо и комфортно работают ночью. Ванная комната просторная, душевая кабина маленькая и в ней не очень хороший напор воды. Хозяин квартиры Роберто, очень приятный человек. Он живет в соседней квартире. Балкон на фото, это по сути проход к квартире, он не очень удобен для посиделок. В целом впечатление хорошее. Рекомендую.
