Appartement joli, récemment décoré, bien situé dans la ville. Les équipements sont de qualité et majoritairement propres. Présence d'un climatiseur, indispensable, la chambre étant située sous combles. Effectivement, il est impossible de se garer dans la rue mais il y a des possibilités dans les rues ou sur les parkings adjacents.
Pas mal de poussières sur les plinthes et dans les recoins. La fenêtre 'cuisine' a des volets mais pas de rideau. Par ces temps caniculaires, la différence de pénétration de la chaleur (par rapport aux 2 fenêtres 'salon', équipées de volets + rideaux épais) était très nette. L'ajout d'un rideau serait appréciable. Enfin, certains voisins, sympathiques mais habitués à vivre tard et bruyamment, peuvent perturber le sommeil.
