L’appartement par lui-même est agréable : sanitaires fonctionnant très bien, bon équipement de la cuisine, literie confortable.
L’appartement est situé à un carrefour de 2 rues passantes avec un parking et un restaurant juste en face. Cet environnement en fait un appartement bruyant, surtout pour les périodes estivales.
