The unit was new, spacious, and clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive, they welcomed us with treats on the table, replied to our messages immediately, and were happy to accommodate a late checkout on our last day.
The place is a bit remote, so we had to get our groceries from either Healesville or Marysville—Marysville is closer, but most shops there close earlier. There's no Wi-Fi available, and while the bedroom windows have blinds, they don’t have curtains, which lets in a lot of sunlight in the morning (something to consider if you're not a morning person).

It was a lovely stay at The Mill House Narbethong. While the property doesn’t offer much in terms of views, the units are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—making it a great place to unwind. It’s also very convenient, with easy parking right near the accommodation, which made coming and going a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a quiet, restful spot not far from the mountains.
Hard to find anything to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be the occasional mosquitoes, but that’s expected in a natural setting like this, and this only outside.

the house has everything we need, clean and nice. the host was amazing, very responsive and accommodate all of our needs
the house is on the main road so you can hear the cars but it didn't bother us too much
