Comfortable Stay with Great Facilities, but Parking Is Tricky

The location was convenient, making it easy to reach Annecy and other places we had planned to visit. The house was well-equipped and clean, with useful facilities such as a TV, comfortable beds, washing machine, clothes-drying rack, sofa, and kitchen appliances. The bedrooms offered ample storage and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with a nice shower. We especially appreciated having a high chair for kids. The dining table was large, and the room looked exactly like in the photos.

The main drawback was the parking: the spots are directly next to a busy road, and with only three spaces available, cars have to be parked very tightly, which made it quite inconvenient. We also noticed some ants on the floor in certain areas near the kitchen. Additionally, having a few stainless steel pots would have been a nice improvement.

Appartement très agréable car entièrement refait à neuf, moderne, lumineux et spacieux sans compter la place de parking qui est précieuse Il est très bien placé vis à vis de la gare et du centre-ville pour profiter de la ville et des restaurants tout se fait à pieds

Tout était parfait pour le week-end

Appartements très bien équipés et adaptés à un grand groupe. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants. Le logement était très confortable et conforme à l’annonce. Je recommande !

Totale autonomie pour l'accès au logement avec communication très efficace et rapide. Gérants très accommodants et à l'écoute. Maison très chaleureuse et bien équipée avec des espaces personnels (important pour les séjours en groupe afin de ne pas se taper dessus ! ) spacieux et confortables. Groupe de 11, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dès l'arrivée. Nous reviendrons ! Merci pour tout !

El Apartamento que usamos, Bauges, es amplio, cómodo, con terraza... Super recomendable

La dernière et la pire nuit de nos vacances

Pas d’isolation thermique et sonore : on se retrouve dans une véritable fournaise (29 degrés dans les chambre de nos fils de 1 et 3 ans) avec 2 ventilateurs pour 3 chambres. Nuisance sonore où on a l’impression de dormir sur l’autoroute. Les lits ne sont pas faits, les lampes de chevet d’une chambre ne fonctionnent pas, pour presque 300 euro la nuit on s’attend à une meilleure prestation.

Très agréable

Logement très propre et spacieux permettant un séjour avec famille nomreuse, vue magnifique, pas très loin de la gare, ce que nous avons découvert le dernier jour (le trajet par la passerelle mériterait d'être davantage expliqué). Propriétaire très obligeant et dame de ménage adorable.

Une suggestion: poser une barrière à l'entrée ce qui empêcherait les tout petits enfants de se retrouver sur la route (nous avons eu la frayeur de notre vie avec un petit de 18 mois!!!)
