Location very close to British Museum
Heating didn’t work in the bedroom and additional very cheap heater was a terrible solution as it melted and almost caused a fire. Please invest in maintenance - as it comes at the cost of safety!

Great location. We were in London for a theatre break and the flat was perfect to be able to walk to theaters & excellent for shopping.
Flat smelt musty - we stayed in flat 4 (top of the building). Windows - Windows were not an issue during our stay as the ones in the living area & bedroom both OK but there were obvious signs that repair / replacement is needed (taped up / signs asking 'please do not use'.
