Stylish Flat Minutes from Covent Garden - West End

We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was very good (very near to a main underground station), with easy access to everything we needed. The apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. We also appreciated complimentary coffee and cookies upon arrival. What surprised me most was the exceptional service after check-out. I accidentally left behind a very valuable item, and the hosts went above and beyond to help me recover it. Their kindness and support were extraordinary, and I am incredibly grateful. Highly recommended!

A small tip for future guests: travel with smaller suitcases if possible, as the apartment is on the fourth floor and the staircase is quite narrow.

If you aren’t very mobile it’s a lot of stairs but no problem if you are in good shape

Great location if you want to visit British Museum Thai the perfect choice. Near 2 subway stations. One queen and one sofa beds are fit for most families

Weather was hot when we stayed there. If you choose to open the windows, it was very noisy the whole night. Fans need to be updated! And no lift you need to considerate your heavy luggages. We stored our big luggages in advance.

The beauty of the interior, so carefully curated by the owners, vanished because of the flat's discomfort. It does not include breakfast, but coffee and tea are provided. It would be more useful if we could find some water in the fridge.

The flat was terribly hot; you could not breathe inside. The owner provided only a small fan for 1 room (which was impossible to cool it), but in the living room where we were supposed to sleep the kids it was nothing. Despite opening the windows, we could not sleep all night. ( We wasn't able to open the kitchen window as it was damaged) Also the tub was a bit dirty. The stairs to the flat were so tiny and you needed to be very carefully not to fall.
