The apartment was lovely, great location & the facilities in the building were exceptional
When we arrived, the apartment was extremely dirty. It took 3 days of emails & phone calls to the host to get the apartment cleaned. We couldn’t unpack our cases as a result of this. A cleaner came & gave the apartment a basic clean using wipes which wasn’t sufficient for the condition it was in. It needed a deep clean. The Balcony was filthy also. I felt we should have received compensation for this.
Also, when we did arrive, we couldn’t locate the lockbox for the key to the apartment. We were given the wrong instructions. It took hours to get the correct information which wasn’t ideal after a long haul flight

Love the apartment it was ideal as my son lives in the same apartment block
I will be returning to visit him again next year and would very much be interested in staying here do you let it out for 4 weeks please can you send me more information of availability dates as on booking . Com it’s all sold out thank you
