Die Lage war super, ruhige Lage. In 10 min ist man mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Siofok. . Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke für das nötigste inkl. Brötchen. Zum Balaton selbst waren es 2 min Fußweg. Zimmer ist von der Größe her ok. Schön Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert (wenn man es in den Schlafräumen kühl haben möchte, dann einfach Türen auflassen).
Der Garten ist mit Mulch ausgelegt. Dies soll aber für das nächste Jahr gegen Rasen ausgetauscht werden. Die festen unbequemen Betten waren aus Polsterbetten (keine einzelnen Matratze). Zu wenig Schränke für die Kleidung wenn man mit 4 Personen anreist. In der Küche war das nötigste vorhanden. Es gab nur eine Crepépfanne. Gläser gingen beim Abtrocknen kaputt. War aber kein Problem bei Übergabe.
