Comfortable apartment, good size, good views, good public transport into London in general, Victoria in particular.
Apartment is on the 5th floor and the lift was out of service when we arrived and when we left. The lift worked in between, but unfortunately not when we needed to carry our bags up and down. Bathroom door does not close properly and the TV remote battery needs to be replaced.

me gusto disponer de todo tipo de utensilios, por ejemplo sartenes, vasos, menaje de cocina, secador pelo, toallas... internet, tv, etc....
pasamos mucho calor y echamos en falta aire acondicionado y/o por lo menos un ventilador.

The location was great - out of the way but easy access to busier London. Just what we needed. The shop was fairly nearby to get food in for us to settle down for the night.
With the hot weather and being on the top floor, having a couple of fans to use would have been great, but it was quiet enough at the back of the flat to keep those windows open.

couldn’t use shower however that was down to my personal needs with accessibility. slight step at front of building meaning if you can’t transfer from wheelchair you wouldn’t be able to get up but overall very comfortable and clean.
